How do I delete my Protect account?

You can do this on Protect Profile settings page (3rd tab). Please click Log out -> Delete my account.

Please note:

Deleting the Protect account does not cancel the Protect subscription so please ensure to take the below steps as well to avoid additional subscription charges.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Protect subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

To cancel the Protect subscription on your Mac:

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Click your name.
3. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
4. Click Account Settings.
5. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
6. Next to the Protect subscription, click Edit.
7. Click Cancel Subscription.

1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
